Job Overview: The Business Development and Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote hospice care services, expand patient admissions, and foster sustainable growth. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare providers and the internal team to ensure alignment with the hospice's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, oncologists, and other healthcare providers.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and analyze competitors.
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to set clear marketing goals and objectives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights for strategy refinement.
